How do I get a status check of my application?
The application process can take a few days to process, so please check with your regional account manager for the latest update.
How do I make edits to the company information I already sent?
Please send your request to the email address enclosed in the “Notice of Registration Submission” email you receive after submitting your application.
What do I need to attach to my application and why?
The two documents that you are required to attach to your application without exception are the following
*Brief content plan/project outline
This does not have to be detailed but should contain a brief outline of your game what are some of the main elements of the game and a brief overview. Please do not just send us links we require documentation for record keeping purposes. Your document may contain links to websites but the overview is still required.
*Company registration documentation – So that we can verify the legal status of your company.
What OS and browsers are supported?
The latest versions on IE, Firefox, and Chrome are supported.
I forgot my User ID.
Your user ID comes in the format of “your email address” + “.ps”.
I forgot my password.
Please click the “Forgot your Password?” link in order to reset your password.
Please be sure to enter your User ID (“your email address” + “.ps” example: email@example.com will have the user name, firstname.lastname@example.org ), and not your email address.
You will need to answer to your secret question. If this doesn’t work, please send your password reset inquiry to the email address enclosed in the “Notice of Registration Submission” email you receive after submitting your application.
I’m not receiving password reset emails, even if I reset my password from the “Forgot your Password?” link.
Please be sure to enter your User ID, and not your email address when resetting your password.
Another possibility may be that emails are ending up in junk folders, or getting stuck in enterprise firewalls. Please check that emails from email@example.com could be received.
What do I need to do if our account manager has left the company?
We will deactivate the ex-account manager’s account. Please contact your regional account manager through the email address enclosed in the “Notice of Registration Submission” email you receive after submitting your application, along with the following details in order to create a new account for the new account manager.
- Company Name
- Name and email address of ex-account manager
- Name and email address of new account manager
How can I revisit the GDPA I agreed to?
The agreed GDPA will be shown under the “agreement” tab after logging in. A PDF download button will appear upon clicking on the GDPA. Please download the GDPA from there.
*The “main contact” or the “legal contact” of your company will be able to download the GDPA.
What do I do in cases we withdraw, get merged, get separated, or go out of business?
Please contact your regional account manager through the email address enclosed in the “Notice of Registration Submission” email you receive after sending your application.
I didn’t receive any emails after submitting my company information.
Please check that emails from firstname.lastname@example.org could be received.

I landed on a login screen upon clicking "Submit" or “Attach Document”.
Please check for the following:
- “Date of Incorporation” is in the format M/D/YYYY
- “Number of Employees” is under 8 digits, and does not include alphabetical characters or symbols.
- “Email” is in a valid email address format (i.e., includes an @ mark, under 80 characters, domain includes a “.”, etc.)
